Island Maids Reviews

About Island Maids

Island Maids, operating from their Toa Payoh office, has established itself as Singapore's top-rated maid agency with a perfect 5.0 rating across 567 Google reviews: the highest review count of any maid agency on this list. Their placement service covers domestic helpers from the Philippines, Indonesia, and Myanmar, enabling genuine matching based on employer preferences for language, experience profile, and skill set rather than a single nationality pool. The agency manages the complete MOM documentation process, from work permit application and medical examination scheduling through to insurance, security bond, and employment contract preparation. What distinguishes Island Maids is their post-placement support structure. All placements include follow-up contact at 30 days, 90 days, and six months, allowing early identification of compatibility issues before they escalate to replacement. Their advisor team provides practical guidance on integrating a new helper into the household: setting expectations, establishing routines, and addressing communication challenges: that first-time employers in particular have cited as invaluable. For families seeking a reliable, full-service agency with the strongest verified reputation in the market, Island Maids is the definitive top pick.
