About Allseal Waterproofing

Allseal Waterproofing Pte Ltd is a residential-focused waterproofing contractor based at Ang Mo Kio Ave 1, carrying a 4.8-star Google rating across 26 reviews. The firm specialises in waterproofing applications for HDB flats, condominiums, and landed property, covering roof membranes, bathroom waterproofing, and external wall sealing. Operating from 8AM to 10PM on weekdays and 9AM to 5PM on Sundays, their schedule accommodates most homeowner requirements without requiring time off work for assessments or supervision. Allseal uses a range of waterproofing systems suited to residential substrates, including flexible acrylic coatings for areas subject to minor movement, cementitious waterproofing for concrete surfaces, and polyurethane membranes for flat roofs exposed to pooling water. Their residential focus means the team is experienced with the practical constraints that characterise domestic waterproofing projects: working in occupied properties, managing debris and noise within HDB noise regulations, and coordinating around household schedules. Reviews note transparent quoting, professional conduct on site, and clear post-job warranty documentation. For homeowners seeking a residential waterproofing specialist with a documented track record in Singapore's HDB and private residential market, Allseal provides reliable workmanship with a straightforward client experience.
