Proof-Tech Waterproofing Reviews

About Proof-Tech Waterproofing

Proof-Tech Waterproofing & Maintenance Pte Ltd has accumulated the largest verified Google review count among waterproofing specialists on this list, with 274 reviews at 4.8 stars from their Yishun base. The business has operated in Singapore's waterproofing market for over a decade and handles a wide range of waterproofing applications: flat roof membranes, toilet and bathroom waterproofing, external wall sealing, and below-grade waterproofing for basement and carpark structures. Their material catalogue spans cementitious coatings, bituminous membranes, and liquid polyurethane systems, with system selection based on substrate type, exposure conditions, and the client's budget. The volume of completed projects visible in their Google review history is the strongest indicator of their consistent execution across diverse property types and conditions. Proof-Tech operates Monday to Saturday 9AM–9PM and Sunday 9AM–5PM, covering most scheduling windows for residential and commercial clients. They price via site inspection rather than phone estimate, ensuring quotes reflect the actual condition of the substrate rather than a generic floor rate. Reviews from property managers and facilities officers frequently reference accurate diagnosis, well-managed timelines, and paperwork suitable for building maintenance records. For property owners who prioritise a contractor with a demonstrable track record of completed waterproofing projects, Proof-Tech's review volume makes them a low-risk choice.
