WaterproofSG Reviews

About WaterproofSG

WaterproofSG Pte. Ltd. holds a perfect 5.0 Google rating across 197 reviews from their Kovan base, one of the most compelling combinations of rating and volume in Singapore's waterproofing category. The firm operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, making them genuinely reachable during active leak situations rather than only during business hours. Their service scope covers roof waterproofing, bathroom and toilet waterproofing, wall and facade sealing, and window frame leak rectification. The diagnostic approach is precise: their team identifies the exact water ingress point before recommending a treatment, avoiding the blanket re-coating approach that many contractors use as a default regardless of the actual failure mechanism. The 5.0 rating across 197 reviews is particularly notable because it reflects sustained performance across a large number of completed projects. In Singapore's waterproofing market, most contractors see ratings drift downward as review volume increases, making WaterproofSG's consistent perfect score across nearly 200 projects a strong quality signal. Reviews highlight the speed of site assessment booking, typically within 2–3 business days, and the accuracy of their first-attempt repairs for leaks that previous contractors had failed to resolve. For clients dealing with complex or recurring roof leaks where prior contractors have not succeeded, WaterproofSG's diagnostic precision makes them the strongest choice in this category.
