AZ Pest Control Reviews

About AZ Pest Control

AZ Pest Control, operating from their Jurong East office, has earned a specific reputation as Singapore's most effective cockroach eradication specialist, with a gel bait application methodology that outperforms conventional spray treatments for German cockroach infestations in kitchen environments. With 176 Google reviews at a perfect 5.0 rating, their gel bait programme is particularly effective in HDB kitchens and food establishments where conventional chemical spraying is impractical due to food safety concerns or the cockroaches' demonstrated resistance to spray-applied pyrethroids. AZ's technicians conduct a pre-treatment survey identifying all cockroach harbourage points: behind refrigerators, under sinks, inside appliance motor housings, and within wall cavities: before any treatment is applied. The gel bait is applied precisely at harbourage points rather than broadcast across surfaces, concentrating the bait where cockroaches shelter during daylight hours. This targeted approach achieves higher knockdown rates than broadcast spraying while reducing the total chemical volume applied in the treatment area.
