About Total Security Management
Total Security Management is a boutique Singapore-based security systems integrator with a 5.0 Google rating across 134 reviews, the highest star score of any provider on this list. Operating from Goldhill Plaza in Novena, TSM focuses exclusively on customised security system design and installation for residential, small commercial, and mid-market clients who prefer a personalised service model over the standardised packages of larger corporations. Their consultative approach begins with a detailed site survey and threat assessment before any system is proposed, ensuring that every installation is tailored to the specific needs of the property. TSM specialises in IP CCTV systems, smart home security integration, video intercom systems, and standalone access control for shophouses, landed properties, boutique retail units, and small office premises. Their installations consistently draw praise in reviews for cable management quality, camera placement logic, and thorough handover training provided to clients after commissioning. Unlike enterprise providers with large project teams, TSM assigns a dedicated project coordinator to each client from consultation through post-installation support, creating a level of accountability that is difficult to achieve at scale. For clients who want a genuinely customised security solution and value direct engagement with knowledgeable staff over a corporate service model, Total Security Management represents the best boutique option in Singapore. Their 5.0 Google rating reflects a consistent experience across a loyal client base, many of whom return for system upgrades or refer TSM to neighbours and colleagues. Pricing is competitive for the level of customisation provided, though TSM's capacity limits mean lead times can extend to three weeks during busy periods.
