Ademco Security Group Reviews

About Ademco Security Group

Ademco Security Group is Singapore's most established security integrator, operating since 1971 and holding a position as one of the few providers in Southeast Asia with in-house capabilities across every segment of physical security. Their portfolio spans IP CCTV systems, video analytics with AI-based intrusion detection, biometric and card-based access control, alarm systems with central station monitoring, and video intercom solutions for both residential and commercial clients. With 345 Google reviews at 4.9 stars, Ademco's track record reflects consistent delivery quality across installations ranging from landed homes in Bukit Timah to data centres and logistics hubs in Jurong Industrial Estate. What separates Ademco from most competitors is their ability to design, supply, install, and maintain every component of a security system under one contractual relationship. Unlike resellers who depend on third-party technicians, Ademco employs its own certified engineers and operates a UL-Listed central monitoring station in Singapore, meeting the highest international standard for alarm monitoring centres. Their systems are compliant with SS 553 and SS 554, both of which are mandated by Singapore's Building and Construction Authority for commercial projects. For residential clients, Ademco offers a range of smart home security integration packages connecting IP cameras, smart locks, and motion sensors to a single mobile app. For commercial clients, their project management teams handle site surveys, regulatory submissions, and commissioning to handover. The combination of proven longevity, in-house technical depth, and accountability at every stage makes Ademco the top choice for anyone prioritising system reliability over cost.
