The Schoolhouse Katong Reviews

About The Schoolhouse Katong

The Schoolhouse Katong on Still Road South holds a 4.8-star Google rating across 77 reviews: the highest review volume of any single campus in this east coast preschool ranking: making it one of the most thoroughly evaluated preschool options in the Katong area. The Schoolhouse curriculum is built on a holistic child development philosophy that treats intellectual, emotional, social, physical, and creative growth as equally important, weaving arts education, physical development, values formation, and environmental awareness through a structured bilingual literacy and numeracy programme. Its graduates are academically prepared for primary school and bring a breadth of capability that narrowly academic preschool programmes do not develop. The Still Road South campus is one of the most established private preschool venues in the katong preschool singapore market, with a reputation built over many years by parents who value an operator that treats the whole child as seriously as it treats test readiness. The teaching team maintains a higher proportion of degree-trained early childhood educators than most Singapore preschool operators, and the centre's smaller class sizes relative to network competitors enable the individualised attention and close parent communication that Schoolhouse families consistently cite in their reviews. For families across the East Coast corridor who want the most thoroughly evidenced best preschool katong option at a mid-premium fee level, The Schoolhouse Katong has earned its standing.
