About Luxior Concept

Luxior Concept holds a perfect 5.0-star Google rating across 52 reviews and appeared in both our fit-out and fittings datasets. Its website describes a residential focus covering HDB BTO and resale flats, condominiums and landed properties, with a scope spanning space planning, custom carpentry (cabinetry, wardrobes and storage), wet works, finishes, and M&E and lighting. The firm states that it is an HDB licensed contractor and BizSAFE accredited, credentials worth verifying for any HDB fit-out since they relate to permit eligibility and site safety. Luxior positions itself as a boutique studio with one team accountable from design through handover, promising "transparent pricing, no hidden costs". That suits a common BTO pattern: the flat arrives with basic finishes, and the real work is a carpentry-heavy fit-out that must maximise storage in compact 3-room and 4-room layouts. The studio is at OneKA @ MacPherson, near MacPherson and Mattar MRT stations. For new-flat owners who want carpentry, lighting and finishes delivered by a single accountable team, Luxior Concept is our pick for BTO fit-out.

Customer Review

"Luxior squeezed a full-height shoe cabinet, a bomb-shelter-friendly storage wall and a study nook into our 4-room BTO without it feeling cramped. Their itemised quotation listed every foot run, so there were no surprises at handover."
