About Jaystone Renovation
Jaystone Renovation Contractor Singapore has the largest review base on this list, 271 Google reviews at a 4.9-star average, and the most explicit fit-out scope of any residential contractor we evaluated. Its published services cover custom carpentry, built-in works, cabinets and wardrobes, drywall partitions, false ceilings and feature walls, alongside flooring, painting, waterproofing, electrical and plumbing. That breadth lets one contractor sequence the ceiling, partition and carpentry trades instead of leaving the owner to coordinate several subcontractors. Jaystone works across HDB flats, condominiums, landed homes and office units, and positions itself around "designer quality renovation services at reasonable direct contractor pricing". That model suits owners who already know what they want, such as a full-height wardrobe wall or a drywall partition to carve a study out of a living room, and want it built well without a design-studio premium. The office is at 1090 Lower Delta Road, a short drive from the CBD and Bukit Merah. For fit-out scope backed by verified review volume, Jaystone is the most empirically validated contractor here.

Customer Review
"Jaystone built a drywall partition and false ceiling to turn our condo's open den into a proper study, then did the matching built-in shelving. The joint lines are invisible after painting and the quote matched the final bill."
