About DSS Security
DSS Security is a Singapore-based residential and small business security specialist operating from Rochester Drive in one-north, with 76 Google reviews at 4.8 stars. DSS focuses on delivering right-sized security solutions for landed homes, HDB maisonettes, condominiums, and small commercial premises where clients want professional-grade equipment without the complexity and cost of an enterprise system. Their residential package typically combines IP CCTV cameras, a smart video doorbell, door and window sensors, and remote monitoring via a mobile app, all installed and configured by their in-house technicians. DSS Security's strength is in the clarity of their product offering and the quality of their customer communication. Unlike larger providers who route enquiries through call centres, DSS assigns a dedicated consultant to each residential client who handles the site assessment, system design, installation coordination, and post-installation support. Reviews consistently mention the team's patience in explaining system operation to clients who are not technically confident, and the attention to aesthetic detail in concealing cabling during installation. For homeowners who want a reliable, professionally installed home security system from a provider with a clear focus on residential clients and responsive personal service, DSS Security is the strongest option in this segment. Their pricing is transparent and mid-market, sitting between the budget self-install options and the premium monitoring contracts of SECOM and Ademco. DSS is an excellent choice for owners of landed property or large condominiums who want a customised system with ongoing local support.

Customer Review
"DSS installed a full camera and sensor system in our landed house. The consultant came personally to assess the property and recommended exactly what was needed without overselling. The system has worked perfectly for over a year, and when I had a question about the app they responded within the hour."
