About Xun Wei Hot Pot
Xun Wei Hot Pot at 28 Liang Seah Street in Bugis holds a 4.8-star rating across 4,039 Google reviews, placing it among the most validated hotpot restaurants in Singapore despite having no website and operating almost exclusively through word-of-mouth. The restaurant is known for an intensely flavoured broth programme, with reviewers consistently praising the depth of the spicy mala and the clean finish of the bone broth base. Located on Liang Seah Street, a side street well known for its concentration of Chinese restaurant options, Xun Wei attracts a loyal local following rather than tourist traffic. The ingredient quality is routinely described as fresh and portioned generously. Table service is efficient if not elaborate. For diners who want serious hotpot quality without the polished chain-restaurant environment or the price premium, Xun Wei is the most compelling value on this list. Expect to spend SGD 30–50 per person.
