About Vinyl Flooring Singapore (VFS)

Vinyl Flooring Singapore, trading as VFS Pte Ltd, operates from The Commerze @ Irving in Tai Seng with a 4.9-star rating across 65 Google reviews. As the name suggests, it is a vinyl-only specialist, and it explicitly markets HDB BTO vinyl flooring installation, making it a natural shortlist candidate for new flat owners collecting keys. VFS stocks the broadest set of vinyl construction types on this list. It offers click-and-lock floating vinyl, glue-down vinyl, luxury vinyl tiles (LVT), and SPC, so the team can recommend the right format for each room rather than pushing a single product. Collections include a Cement Series, Marble Series, Herringbone Series, a Korea Series of Korean-made LVT, and a Plus Series. Glue-down vinyl is slimmer where door clearance is tight, while click SPC is easier to replace plank by plank. Installation is typically completed within one day, and the company lists manufacturer's warranties along with its own installation warranty. For BTO owners, vinyl can be laid directly over the existing floor tiles, avoiding hacking in a brand-new flat. Pricing is quote-based and varies by type, design, and brand. For BTO and new-condo owners who want a vinyl-only specialist that covers both glue-down and click systems, VFS is a strong, focused choice.

Customer Review

"VFS recommended glue-down vinyl for our BTO bedrooms so the doors would not need trimming, and click SPC for the living room. Everything was done in one day right after key collection."
