About Tomo Japanese Language School
Tomo Japanese Language School, based at Clemenceau Avenue, holds a 5.0-star rating across 695 Google reviews, making it the highest-rated Japanese language school in Singapore by star average. The school keeps class sizes small by design, allowing teachers to provide individual attention that larger schools cannot match at scale. Their approach is communicative: emphasis on speaking and listening from the first class, supported by grammar study rather than the grammar-first approach that many students find demotivating. JLPT preparation is available at all levels. The smaller cohort model suits professionals and students who need a more flexible, high-touch learning environment. Tomo is the right choice for learners who have found larger language schools too impersonal or found progression too slow in a bigger group.

Customer Review
"The small class sizes at Tomo made a huge difference. My teacher knows exactly where I struggle and adjusts the lesson accordingly. I have tried two other Japanese schools before this one, and the progress I have made in three months here beats the previous year combined."
