About SolarHub

SolarHub is a residential solar specialist operating from Rochester Mall in one-north, with 78 Google reviews at 4.9 stars. The company has built a strong reputation among Singapore homeowners for their end-to-end residential solar installation service, combining technical competence with a customer communication approach that demystifies the process for clients who are unfamiliar with solar technology. Their focus is exclusively on the residential segment: landed properties, private condominiums, and HDB installations: allowing them to develop deep specialisation in the residential technical and regulatory landscape. SolarHub's installation process begins with a comprehensive home energy assessment that goes beyond simply sizing a solar array. Their consultants review the household's historical electricity consumption, roof orientation, shading conditions, and budget to design a system that optimises payback period rather than maximising system size. This approach, which sometimes results in recommending a smaller system than the client initially expected, has earned SolarHub a reputation for honest advice that prioritises the client's financial interests over maximising the installer's revenue. Post-installation support is a particular strength: SolarHub provides a 12-month workmanship warranty beyond the manufacturer's panel warranty, and their customer service team is available via WhatsApp for troubleshooting and queries. Their monitoring portal provides daily, weekly, and monthly generation reports that clients can review on their mobile phones. For residential clients in Singapore who want a dedicated residential specialist with a strong track record of transparent advice and high customer satisfaction, SolarHub is one of the best options available.
