About SLC English Language Tuition and Chinese Tuition Centre

SLC English Language Tuition and Chinese Tuition Centre operates from 38 Jalan Pemimpin, conveniently located outside Marymount MRT Exit B, with 51 Google reviews at 4.9 stars. SLC's bilingual positioning: combining English Language and Chinese tuition under one roof: is practically useful for Singapore families whose children are managing both English and Mother Tongue examination preparation, eliminating the need to manage appointments across two separate centres and enabling teachers to occasionally cross-reference language concepts that share underlying comprehension and writing principles. SLC's English programme covers the examination formats relevant to their student cohort: primary-level PSLE preparation including cloze passage, comprehension, and composition; and secondary-level O-Level English covering the full Paper 1 and Paper 2 components. Their MRT-accessible location at Marymount is a genuine logistical advantage for students travelling independently from school: it eliminates the need for parent-driven transport and gives secondary students a sustainable independent routine for attending tuition after school. Operating from 11 AM to 8 PM on most days (closed Tuesdays) and 9 AM to 8 PM on weekends, SLC offers extended hours that suit both after-school and weekend scheduling. The 51-review base at 4.9 stars reflects a centre whose students and parents are consistently positive about outcomes. For families in the Marymount, Bishan, and Upper Thomson corridor looking for english tuition singapore that can serve both English and Chinese examination needs in a single, conveniently located centre, SLC offers a well-rated, practically accessible solution.
