About SG INTERIOR DESIGN
SG INTERIOR DESIGN operates from Toa Payoh, one of Singapore's most established HDB towns, with 204 Google reviews at 4.8 stars. Their central location at Lorong 8 Toa Payoh places them in easy reach of the vast belt of mature HDB estates across the central and northern parts of Singapore: Toa Payoh, Bishan, Ang Mo Kio, Braddell, and Potong Pasir: that collectively represent a very large share of Singapore's resale HDB renovation activity. For homeowners in these estates seeking an interior designer singapore without a long commute to an Ubi or Jurong showroom, SG Interior Design's accessibility is a genuine practical advantage. SG Interior Design's 4.8 rating across more than 200 reviews reflects consistent performance across the full range of HDB renovation works that define the Singapore resale market: hacking of old tiles and finishes, replacement carpentry, bathroom and kitchen overhauls, electrical rewiring, and the painting and finishing that transforms a dated flat into a contemporary home. Resale HDB renovations are often more complex than BTO projects because they involve removing and replacing existing finishes rather than starting on a bare shell: a process that requires experienced sub-contractors who can manage the additional complexity without compromising timeline or budget. For Singapore homeowners purchasing a resale HDB and seeking a firm with a strong local track record for the specific challenges of resale flat renovation, SG Interior Design's Toa Payoh base, 4.8 Google rating, and review volume make them a well-evidenced consideration. Their experience in Singapore's mature HDB estate environment: understanding the quirks of older flat layouts, the logistical constraints of established residential precincts, and the renovation expectations of the local community: adds practical value that new market entrants cannot replicate.
