About Kungfu Physics Tuition (Bishan)
Kungfu Physics Tuition is the most reviewed science tuition centre in Singapore, accumulating 392 Google reviews at 4.9 stars: a combination of volume and quality that reflects years of consistent, results-driven physics teaching across O-Level and A-Level programmes. Operating from their unit at Blk 503 Bishan St. 11, Kungfu Physics has built its reputation on a single disciplinary focus: physics, taught well, to students across the full secondary and junior college spectrum. When a tuition centre has been trusted with nearly 400 distinct student experiences and still maintains a 4.9 average, the evidence for instructional consistency is as strong as it gets in the Singapore supplementary education market. The Kungfu Physics teaching model is built around the insight that physics students fail not because they lack intelligence but because they lack a systematic framework for breaking down unfamiliar problems into steps they can execute reliably under examination conditions. Their approach to O-Level Physics: whether Combined Science (Physics) or Pure Physics: emphasises structured problem decomposition, with particular attention to the common pitfalls that MOE marking schemes penalise: unit errors, sign errors in vector problems, and imprecise language in explanation questions. At the A-Level, their H2 Physics programme covers the full content scope including Newtonian mechanics, thermal physics, oscillations, waves, electricity and magnetism, and modern physics, with examination technique woven into every topic rather than bolted on as a separate revision component. Their extended operating hours: weekday evenings from 4:30 PM through 10:30 PM and weekend sessions from 8:30 AM: accommodate the demanding schedules of secondary school and JC students without requiring them to choose between tuition and school commitments.
