About Estate
Estate at Hilton Singapore Orchard holds 4.7 stars from 4,742 Google reviews, making it one of the most-reviewed and highest-rated upscale buffets in the country. Located on Level 5 of the recently renovated Hilton Singapore Orchard on Orchard Road, Estate is one of Singapore's largest hotel buffet restaurants by footprint, covering multiple distinct dining zones each dedicated to a cuisine category. The seafood section includes live lobster on selected evenings, freshly shucked oysters, and an extensive chilled shellfish display. The restaurant doubles as a brunch and event venue, and the scale of the spread reflects that ambition. Pricing is at the premium end of the market, but the lobster-and-oyster evenings represent strong value against comparable a la carte alternatives.
