Arc Floor Pte Ltd Reviews

About Arc Floor Pte Ltd

Arc Floor operates from Ubi Avenue 1 and holds a 4.9-star rating across 73 Google reviews. Its luxury vinyl range is pitched at durability: the company describes a commercial-grade wear layer with a nano-diamond UV coating, specifications that matter for households with large dogs, young children, or office chairs rolling across the same strip of floor every day. Commercial-grade wear layers are typically 0.5mm or thicker, versus 0.2mm to 0.3mm on budget boards. Ask for the exact wear layer figure on the series you shortlist, since the term "commercial-grade" varies between manufacturers. Arc Floor also supplies engineered and solid hardwood, composite outdoor decking, staircase and handrail work, and timber wall and ceiling cladding, so it can handle a full home where vinyl is just one part of the scope. A particularly practical perk: the company advertises complimentary post-renovation deep cleaning for first-time vinyl customers, which removes the fine dust and adhesive residue that can otherwise dull a new floor. For homes that put flooring through heavy daily wear, Arc Floor is the durability-focused pick on this list.

Customer Review

"With a golden retriever and two kids, scratches were our biggest worry. Eight months after Arc Floor installed their luxury vinyl, the living room still looks new, and the free post-reno clean was a nice touch."
